This is a "recipe format" , meaning it is for clients that know how to wire crochet in the invisible spool knitting, there is no specific similar pattern it is based on , what you should know in order to follow it are the following :
1. Regular ISK stitch
2. Flat stitch
3. Reduction stitch
4. to flatten a tube
If you have the book you are also good to go !
The instructions do not show how to hang the element on a chain, but its really basic I'm sure you can figure it out yourself :)
The arrowhead element finished size is : 3.1 by 4.7 inch (8 by 12 cm)
