The I-Cord Knitter is a compact little tool designed to help you crochet slim, elegant cords with wire.
It’s an upgraded version of the XS ISK Starter and includes two components:
A pumpkin-shaped base where your work begins
A slim, wand-like pole to guide your stitches
Dimensions:
The Base (the "pumpkin"): 0.78" x 0.78" x 0.78" (20 x 20 x 20 mm)
The Wand: 2.9" (75 mm) long, 0.15" (4 mm) thick
The I-Cord Knitter works best with 28-gauge wire (30-gauge likely works too), but it's not suitable for thicker gauges.
For the hook, I recommend using a 0.75 mm crochet hook, though 0.6 mm and 1 mm can also work depending on your tension and preference.
The finished result is a 4 mm thick wire I-cord in any length, which can be gently stretched to become thinner or flattened to suit your design.
