Chanukkah has started yesterday and will go on for the whole week, this is one of my favorite jewish holidays , I'm not sure why, maybe because I love fire.
I'm not a big fan of winter or the cold, so I guess this puts a bit of light into the darkness ....
Thanks to the success of my one color wire crochet dreidels in previous years , I added to this year collection OOAK multicolor dreidels, no 2 are the same ... I just follow my fingers and my mood at that moment and create a different dreidel every time.
The dreidel's dimensions are approx ; 0.78x0.78x1.5 inch or 2x2x4cm
The wires used in creating these unique dreidels are colored copper wire, they are made in a rare technique that combines wire crochet and knitting , or as I call it the invisible spool knitting.
The dreidels are available in the museum shops of : TLV Modern Art museum , Erets israel Museum and Ticotin museum in Haifa ץ
