The Mermaid texture 2020

The Mermaid texture 2020

Those of you following my journey may remember the Mermaid stitch I came back with from Sri Lanka almost 2 years ago, I was deeply in love with the way it looked but it was so difficult to make and so slow that I never finished any piece using it...

My current interest is in exploring new stitches for the ISK technique, so along this road I get to meet old friends that suddenly get new shapes, one of them is the Mermaid texture, quite out of nowhere my fingers suddenly figured out how to make it almost effortlessly, as opposed to the previous solution that required a super high level of control over the hook and the wires.

To celebrate this discovery I filmed and published an update to the Mermaid texture partial pattern, it now replaces the old one so anyone that bought it via here should have recived a notification with a new download link automatically.
If you bought it via etsy, as part of a combo or just didn't get the update via the site, pls comment here below and I will send you the link manually via email, It's so much more fun now that I want everyone to try their hands on it .
